Access

Access may be limited to authorized users, such as those in a collaborator program or with an active license.
We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse or for failure to provide required feedback (where applicable).

Refunds & Cancellation

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually depending on your plan.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us.
Access after Cancellation: If you cancel, your access remains active through the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
Billing Disputes: If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 14 days for a review.
